Ballenger Run is a 55+ retirement community located in beautiful Frederick, Maryland. CMB Construction was contracted to build a state-of-the-art Club House. This addition created a unique selling opportunity for Ballenger Run. The Club House includes a pool complete with an easy-to-access walk in area and water feature. It also included beautifully designed areas for socializing and business, a fitness facility, restrooms, and showers.
